03 / 27 / 07 : A few corrections here and there and a new bug : Nanillænus americanus (BILLINGS 1859).

03 / 20 / 07 : Multiples new entries in the GTB, mostly due to new references.

03 / 19 / 07 : important modification : reassignation of the "Morgatia hupei" to Phacopidina micheli TROMELIN 1877 (specimen n°2)

03 / 18 / 07 : More and more entries in the GTB, mostly due to a new reference (HUSSEY 1952)

03 / 14 / 07 : Happy birthday Trilobite-identification.net ! :) a few adds to the references and the GTB.

03 / 14 / 07 : Necessary update of the links, added a few new references and a few trilobites - the ones that cited in these papers - to the GTB (ÁLVARO J.-J. et al. 2007,BRUTON D.. & HOYBERGET M. 2006, CHOI D. & KIM E. Y. 2006, HARZSCH S. & HAFNER G. 2006, McNAMARA K. J., FENG Y. , ZOU Z. 2006, OWEN A.W. 2007, OWENS R.M. & SERVAIS T. 2007, TRIPP R. P. 1957, YUAN J.A. et al. 2006 at least, I am forgetting some) .

03 / 12 / 07 : Welcome Leviceraurus mammilloides HESSIN 1988 ! :)

03 / 07 / 07 : Huge revamping of the GTB.

03 / 06 / 07 : Almoste 2 years later, an update to references !

03 / 29 / 05 : New pages : "Wanted !" which is some sort of "help me"global call and Salterocoryphe salteri. Corrections on some pages.

01 / 23 /05 : "There and back again" as would say Bilbo. Following Provider change, new status at hospital, a lot of mnor changes, corrections, new translations and several new pages, here is the last revamp of the site. I do lack more and more time, but things still go on ;)

08 / 09 / 04 : Adds to the references pages, and updating of links.

07 / 14 / 04 : Another "general" page, concerning the Cornuproetinae. I consider this page might be interesting because ot the place of its members in stratigraphy in general, and because of the difficulty in identifying them in particular. In addition, many persons are likely to have a specimen of this subfamily in their collection.

06 / 21/ 04 : A new page about russian Megistaspis and a new add to the workgroup methodology, waiting corrections from Sam ;)

06 / 15 / 04 : After a long latency period, that included important facts and decisions that concerned me and my family, this site is .... back to life again !

22 / 02 / 04 : Thesis finished and over... New trilobites online (Megistapis sp.). Updates of the Workgroup and the GTB (note : this update was not published online, in fact)

11 / 28 / 03 : Kayserops marocanensis is online with a lot of little cosmetic changes and a huge update to the GTB ; I had to split it in 3 pages, and remove the litterature references at the bottom of each page. There is about 1500 referenced trilobites there.

11 / 12 / 03 : Cornuproetus (Diademaproetus) antlatiasus is online.

11 / 10 / 03 : Walliserops trifurcatus is online.

11 / 07 / 03 : Complete update of Treveropyge maura and Psychopyge elegans, 2 new moroccan species Kettneraspis sp. and Metacanthina issoumourensis, (Kettneraspis sp. without species precision due to seemingly lack of report of these specimens in the litterature).

11 / 04 / 03 : Earlier in the night (11 / 03 ) was my birthday :) Here is my gift to you : Colpocoryphe grandis. This page comes after a discussion about "Diacalymene" ouzregui on the yahoo trilobite club... Many updates to the references list and the GTB.

10 / 29 / 03 : New update of the references and the diagnoses listings (I discovered tremendeous mistakes).

10 / 27 / 03 : New update of the references and the diagnoses listings... the diagnoses need now to be listed in 2 different pages, though ;)

10 / 20 / 03 : Updated the references and the diagnoses listing (that is far from being complete, though...)

10 / 15 / 03 : Thanks to Serge Terentiev, I correct an identification mistake. You can now see 2 specimens of A. lepidurus on the site. (the update of october, the 4th has been updated ;) )

10 / 14 / 03 : Psychopyge elegans is online ! :)

10 / 08 / 03 : I finally could definitively finish the page concerning Asaphus raniceps thanks to Mr J.Bergström that sent me his excellent paper "The Asaphus raniceps problem in the Ordovician of Sweden" ! So, it's ID is valid.

I translated Asteropyge sp. from french, in order to add in the days to come probably one of the most extraordinary Psychopyge elegans.

10 / 04 / 03 : First of all, I updated the link to the Trilobite Yahoo club, the former one having been savagely destroyed for obscure reasons by Yahoo. The scientific loss is tremendeous for all of us, but Sam Gon didn't wait Yahoo's hypothetic apologizes to create a new group...

Second, I posted here another Asaphus lepidurus. [EDIT : initially IDed as A. latus]

09 / 15 / 03 : Finally back around here ;) Well, the site will slow down its expansion in the weeks to come, as I am currently heavily working on my medicine thesis. I have still many great bugs to show you, but I have a few universitay things to do before :) Let's meet again after November the first.

This update is due to a great day that I had with Gilles Alonso in la Montagne Noire (Southwestern of France). I will have interesting specimens to show, but I wished to show Gilles this wonderful Megistapis (Megalaspis) lawrowi. The second bug is an Asaphus platyurus. Last but not least, I'd like to thank all the people who sent me messages :)

07 / 05 / 03 : posted Piochaspis sellata and made a few minor changes in the links page.

07 / 04 / 03 : updated all the Asaphids in english, as the synthesis page and all the links (at least I hope so ;) )

06 / 30 / 03 : Elrathia kingi, a US classical bug, and E. marjumi are posted.

06 / 26 / 03 : Minor changes to Photo Atlas, now ordered by region, and Trilo Listing. Added Asaphus punctatus, Piochaspis sellata and Zeliszkella torrubiæ.

06 / 24 / 03 : Posted 6 Asaphids (expansus, intermedius, kotlukowi, lepidurus, ornatus, raniceps) from Russia with a synthesis page I consider interesting, and 3 Ceratarges sp. from Morroco.

06 / 14/ 03 : I uploaded a listing of diagnoses to help people who would be seeking for a special reference that I wouldn't have described extensively in one the page of this site.

06 / 11 / 03 : Posted Trimerocephalus caecus and Nobiliasaphus nobilis.

06 / 06 / 03 : Diagnose and pics of Phacopidina micheli micheli and other subspecies.

06 / 05 / 03 : Voici Heliopyge helios et Hollardops struvei (ancien Greenops struvei, révisé par Morzadec en 2001) qui rejoignent la liste des trilobites de ce site.

06 / 04 / 03 : Posted a glossary (still in french). Huge work for wich I would like to thank P. Lebrun who made a pretty good synthsis work.

06 / 01 / 03 : Paralejurus dormitzeri, a classic moroccan trilo.

31 / 05 / 03 : Two changes to already existing pages : first, the Chotecops page. I made a systematisation mistake due to a copy/paste Dicrano of the Yahoo trilobite club couldn't miss ;) After his kind answers to my questions, I am to propose in the next few days a page on P h a c o p o i d e a systematic as presented by Struve & Flick in 1984. A discussion arose with Dicrano concerning the "Reedops-Gruppe" and the notion of "Tribus" as a subdivision in subfamilies. The second major change comes from precisions from Renato Rinaldi that I would like to heartily thank for his extensive explanations about the Asteropygynæ n.g n.sp. I have. It appears to be a Treveropyge maura, according to Morzadec, 2001 ( "Les trilobites Asteropyginae du Dévonien de L'Anti-Atlas" in Paleontographica Abt.A nr.262 Juillet 2001). I am to get the article, but his explanations convinced me :). LAst but not least, I corrected a few minor frame/typing bugs,

05 / 24 / 2003 : Added pics as background :)

05 / 23 / 2003 : Added a new bug to the list. Might be a systematic problem for some ;) .

23 / 05/ 2003 : Nothing really new in Trilo-thingies... Just followed another piece of advice of Sam-"wise" Gon ;) concerning a new site-meter, giving me much more informations on "who you are" (he he he >:D ), and moreover, eluding my own hits ;).

05 / 21 / 2003 : posted the Chotecops page,based on a specimen of Chotecops ferdinandi ferdinandi and a paper of W. STRUVE, 1985.

05 / 15 / 2003 : the D-Day ;) I finally decided to "release" the site :)
